On the stove

This past weekend we made… pan fried gyoza dumplings filled with tofu, shiitake, cabbage, carrot and leek; tempeh and sweet potato burgers spiced with red and green chillies and fennel seeds; and, as we had left over gyoza wrappers, some potato and cheese empanadas from an old Moosewood cookbook.
