Invisible shoulder seams

I am stitching the shoulder seams of my jumper ready to pick up the stitches for the neckline. I followed the instructions in one of my books but I wasn’t happy with the result. So then I tried the “false grafting” technique described in Debbie Stoller’s book Stitch’n’bitch.

Amazing! You almost wouldn’t know it’s a seam at all as the grafting stitches match up with the knitted ones.
