It’s the shortest day of the year but my vegetable garden is a bit confused.
Here in fristy frosty Melbourne, I have eggplants and capsicums ready to harvest.
This purple stripey one is called Listada di Gandia. It’s supposed to be “early maturing” but I reckon it’s actually a few months late.
What a gorgeous plump eggplant – how do you intend to cook it?
I think an eggplant curry!
LOL! My strawberry plant went into garden late, well past summer, and is now confused. I’m enjoying occasional winter strawberries though.
